THE SET UP
THE DETAIL OF ... A BIRDS EYE VIEW EXPERIENCE
Our team will bring a long a fully kitted out display (like the above image). This provides shelter and security for the birds at all times.
With all the birds sat on perches, your guests can over and meet the birds as they wish. We will get one of the birds out from the shelters at a time and your guests will have the opportunity to experience a bird of prey or owl flying to them and landing on their falconry gauntlet. This has proven to be very special, with the flying spread over the duration of the designated time slot.
Very personal experiences are given, for all ages, allowing for plenty of questions to be asked, as well as plenty of opportunities to handle the birds. If the venue is also suitable, we will fly one of our peregrine falcons, catching everyones attention, as it swoops over people - a huge surprise!
Alternatively, if you would prefer an action packed flying display, that everyone can watch together at the same time, this is also available. They normally last 20 minutes and include very dynamic birds. This can then be followed by the opportunity to handle the birds.
We hope that the weather does not take a bad turn on your day, but if it does, there is nothing to worry about. What we will do is still set up outside, with the birds under the shelters of course! - we will then bring alternate birds inside the venue to 'mingle' and offer the chance for people to hold them, take photos and ask questions. The birds are used to working indoors, so they will be extremely calm.
